We ship parcels every weekday at 3pm, with delivery taking place on the following weekday.
Large deliveries such as dollhouses, large playsets and play kitchens are delivered via drop shipment from an external warehouse. In these cases, the expected delivery time is between 3-4 working days.
In the event of back orders or other circumstances in which delivery delays can be expected, we will write to you. If your order is urgent and you need your items before a specified date, it is a good idea to send a mail informing about the date, when you place the order.
All other orders are subject to the following:
International parcels – price and carrier depend on the recipient country. Price is calculated according to kg – where the highest kg either in weight or volume determine price.
If you purchase an item, and there is a problem with it – e.g. a material or manufacturing defect – the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply.
You can make complaints about item defects within 24 months from the time of delivery by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone +45 88 44 43 44.
We request that you inform us what the problem is in as much detail as possible. This is not a requirement, but it makes it easier for us to find the problem and minimise the processing time for complaints. It is not a requirement, but the process is accelerated if the parcel is accompanied by adequate information – for example, a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number for the bank account to which a refund can be made, a copy of any prior correspondence and a completed returns/complaint form, etc.
If the complaint is justified and the defect cannot be remedied without returning the item, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs.
Remember that the item must always be shipped in reasonable packaging, and remember to keep a receipt for shipment. Save postal receipts, including details about shipping costs and, if applicable, the Track & Trace number.
Return items are to be shipped to following address – note that we do not accept parcels shipped by cash on delivery.
