Return and exchange of gifts
We have a 30 day return policy. This applies from the time you receive the item in physical possession.
If you buy a gift from us, you can send us an e-mail to email@example.com, where we are happy to extend your right of withdrawal.
You return your order by sending us an e-mail stating that you are returning your order or an item as well as your order number. In addition, you must physically enclose a copy of your order confirmation in the package. This is important so that we can see which order the return package belongs to.
If you have regretted your purchase, you can not refuse to receive the item or by failing to pick it up without at the same time giving notice that you regret. Read more about order cancellation.
If you need to send items back to us, we recommend that you contact us, we will send a print-yourself label to your email, remember to state the order number. We recommend that items are returned to us as a package, with tracking. Always remember to wrap the shipment well so that it is not damaged during transport. And save your shipment receipt.
Right of withdrawal
Returns must be made without undue delay and no later than 90 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the end of the 90 days.
You will lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on toys with sound or light. If the purchase of goods is to be undone, it must not have been used to the extent that the value of the goods deteriorates.
You bear the costs of returning the goods yourself. You bear the risk of the item from the delivery of the item to you, and when returning it, you should therefore pack the item properly.

Damage incurred in transit
In the event of damage that has occurred during transport, we encourage you to report this immediately to the carrier and also to CIHA, as we are liable for any defects occurring during transport.
If the parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, it is a good idea to either refuse to receive the delivery or make sure to state on the delivery note that a reservation is made for the delivery in the event of damage to the item resulting from transport.
If you are unsure, contact CIHA. If you discover transport-related damage after delivery, you must notify us within a reasonable time frame in cases where the value of the item is depreciated as a result of the damage.
In the case of agreed rebates, returned items, or cancelled orders of prepaid items, you will of course receive the amount you paid to us back. In the event of any decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (exceptadditional costs incurred as a result of your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any circumstance no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for your original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
