We ship items every day, 365 days a year. If you order before 3pm, your order will be shipped the same day.
In the event of back orders, or other circumstances in which delivery delays can be expected, you will be contacted by CIHA. If you order is urgent and you need your items before a specified date, it is a good idea to write this in the comment field when you place your order.
Can I add or change anything in my order?
No. Once your order is placed, it is no longer possible to make changes. We process orders within the hour for fast delivery.
Here you have the following options:
- Contact us as soon as the order is placed. In this case, we will cancel the order and the reserved payment and you can place a new order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but contact us immediately. We have an external warehouse that processes the order within an hour. Therefore, be sure to contact us as soon as possible via email at email@example.com or phone +45 88 44 43 44
If it is too late to cancel the order as it has already been shipped, you can, on agreement with CIHA, refuse receipt. Theparcel will then be sent back to us. You will get your money back but we cannot refund shipping costs.
When do you withdraw the payment?
We will withdraw the payment from your account when the order is completed and dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive an email informing you that your order has been completed and dispatched from our warehouse.
Where is my parcel?
When we dispatch your parcel, you will receive a tracking number via the email address you supplied when placingyour order. Using this, you will be able track your parcel through the selected supplier: DHL, GLS, PostNord, Bring and DAO depending on your country.
