Payment and delivery
CIHA accepts Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay and Viabill. The value of your order will be withdrawn from your credit card the day of shipment. We do not add transaction fee on any payments. The moment you have placed your order, you will recieve confirmation by email as well as notification, the day we ship your order.
We do not save any kind of credit card information and will only withdraw the exact amount of your purchase.
Prices are stated in Danish Kroner. During the checkout process, you will be asked to choose shipping options, which allows you to find the correct freight prices.
Promotional code/ coupon
If you have a promotional code or coupon, simply type the code number at checkout and choose “apply”. Your discount will automatically be deducted from the purchase price and will also be noted on your order confirmation.
If the code number does not work, please note:
- Only one discount promotional code may be used per order
- Some discount codes are personal and apply one to a specific person
- Some discount codes do not apply to all categories
- Some discount codes are only valid at a minimum purchase amount
- There may be an expiry date on the coupon
All promotions are subject to certain terms, stated in either our newsletter, homepage or social media. Discounts may not be used retroactively and can not be combined with other discounts or sales products. Please notice, that your item is not automatically reserved in your shopping cart – you will have to complete the order to see if a certain item is sold out or reserved to you succesfully.

We aim to ship your order as soon as we have recieved it and you may expect your order within 2-4 work days. We use the services of either GLS, DAO or Post Nord.
Certain large items such as doll houses or play kitchens are shipped directly from our off-site facility and will be delivered within 3-4 workdays.
CIHA will contact you if there are any issues with your order, such as items temporarily out of stock or delivery delays. If you need you products before a certain date, we advice you to please note it when you order.
We ship internationally all over the world and any freight costs will be added to your order.
Prices of delivery
Purchases over 500 Danish Kroner will be sent carriage free with either GLS, DAO or Post Nord (only domestically in Denmark)
All other purchases:
Standard private delivery with Post Nord 69,-
Business to business delivery with GLS, purchases under kr. 500,- Kr. 39,-
GLS collect pick-up location, purchases under kr. 500,- Kr. 39,-
GLS direct delivery, purchases under kr. 500,- Kr. 49
International shipping options vary from country to country, as do cost of delivery depending on how many kilos the order weighs.
International shipping – including Greenland
Current International shipping cocts are added to your order. CIHA will by default take 200 Danish Kroner for International shipments. This amount is reserved on your creditcard untill we have recieved your payment succesfully. First then, we will withdraw the exact freight cost from the 200 Danish Kroner – if the cost exceeds this amount, we will always contact you for confirmation.
CIHA uses the service of GLS, DAO and Post Nord and some times other relevant hauliers.
At CIHA, we always strive to find the most inexpensive shipping method. Overseas shipping is therefore always sent by ship, but if you wish delivery by air, we advice you to please note this on your order. CIHA will contact you if the cost exceeds 200 Danish Kroner.
Returns and exchanges
By Danish law, you have the right to regret and cancel your order witin 14 days.
The right of cancellation expires exactly 14 days after you have recieved your order.
If we have not been able to ship all your purchases at the same time, your right of cancellation is still 14 days after you have recieved the last shipped item.
If the cancellation date coincides with a bank holiday, the dead line will be moved to the following work day.
Please contact us if you wish to extend your right of cancellation, for example if your purchased item is for gift purposes.
Please note, that we do not refund shipping costs if you regret only one item of your overall order.
You can test the purchased item, as you would in any physical store – you are personally responsible for any damage caused to the product when handling it.
If the item is used beyond normal handling and testing, we will concider the item as used and will not refund the purchasing price, if we are not able to re-sell it. Please return the item in the original packaging.
To get a full refund, you must handle the item as you would in any store – you may examine and handle the item but not actually take it into use.
Right of cancellation

It is not possible to regret your purchase by refusing to accept the delivery or ignoring to collect it, without letting us know in advance.
You can always fill out our standard form of regret, but it is not mandatory. If you do, you will immediately recieve confirmation by email.
The right of cancellation is in effect, if you send us the information within 14 days.

We recommend, that your shipment is followed by a tracking number. Always remember to wrap the package securely, to avoid damage during transportation.
Please return your purchase as soon as possible and within 14 days.
Your right of cancellation is withdrawn, if you break the seal on any toys with light- or sound effects. Items are not refunded if we consider them used beyond re-selling.
You defray all the expences of returning the item safely to us. When we have recieved the item in a satisfactory state, we will refund your purchasing price within a few days.
We do not send items by cash on delivery or without distribution.
Depending on the weight of the item, we do not consider return delivery costs to exeed 80 Danish Kroner.

If you regret your purchase, we will fully refund all payments from you, including delivery costs.
However, If your choise of delivery exceeds the most inexpensive, we will not refund the difference.
The amount is refunded immediately after your cancellation and no more than 14 days after confirmation. However, we can delay the refund untill we have recieved the items or have documention, that the items have been sent and returned to us.
The refund will correspond to the same method of payment, used when you originally placed your order unless you specifically send a request of other methods. We do not charge you any restocking fees.
If you find any kind of problems or defects with your product, The Danish Sale of Goods Act apply.
Complaints should be stated witin 24 months after receiving the product to email@example.com or phone number+45 88 44 43 44.
We urge you to be as specific in your complaint as possible. It helps us to understand what the problem is so we are able to rectify the situation quickly. It will help us to help you, if you fill out as many details you can: copy of order confirmation, account number, copies of any correspondence we may have had and so on. Please also fill out our complaint form.
If your complaint is legitimate and is impossible to fix, we will naturally accept the returned item and refund any reasonable shipping costs.
Remember to pack the item in a manner, that insures it is returned to us safely. Be sure to get a receipt and tracking number of the shipment.

If you have any complaints, please contact us at CIHA. We strive to find the very best solution for both parties and wish to help you in the best way possible.
We urge you to report any transport damages immediately to the haulier and to us at CIHA, as we are held responsible for any transport damages.
If the shipment is visibly damaged on arrival, it may be a good idea to refuse acceptance or have it stated on the consignment note, that the shipment is damaged on arrival.
