Payment
CIHA accepts payment with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Paypal And Klarna. The payment amount is withdrawn when the goods are shipped. We do not charge an extra fee for any of our payment methods. When you have ordered an item, you will receive order confirmation for our receipt of your order, along with another email once it has been cleared and dispatched from our warehouse.
No credit card information of any kind is stored. CIHA is not permitted at any time to withdraw more than the amount you have approved in the shopping basket.
Prices are stated in EUR. Shipping costs are added on top of the price. You choose the shipping method at the end of the ordering process.
If you are with a school or daycare institution, it is possible to pay with an EAN number when the order is completed.
Discount coupon
If you have a discount coupon, enter this at checkout in the “coupon code” field just below the product in the left-hand corner. Once you have entered your discount code, click “apply coupon”. This will automatically deduct the discount from your order, and will also appear on your order confirmation.
If your discount code does not work for some reason, remember that:
- You can only use one discount code per order.
- Some discount codes are personal and can only be used by that person
- Some discount codes do not include sale items or other selected categories/items
- Some discount codes may have specific conditions – for example, they may require that you spend a certain
- The code may be temporary
All conditions for the use of a discount code can be found where it is published – e.g., newsletters, website, or our social media. This discount does not apply to past orders or to already discounted items and cannot be combined with other discount codes. Please note that the item will not be reserved when you place it in your basket. It is therefore possible that the item will be sold out by the time you reach checkout. To guarantee your order, you must complete the order.
